I am currently being seen by Orthopedic Physical Therapy of Northern Virginia and I have to say they have done an amazing job so far. I am having terrible pain in my neck and upper back. After a few visits the pain has decreased and my range of motion has increased. The staff are incredibly friendly! They walk you through what is being done and they give you exercises that will allow you to recover in a safe and efficient manner. My neck and back thank you for all you have done and will continue to do!

Orthopedic Physical Therapy of Northern Virginia (OrthoPT of Nova) has been an absolute life saver for me! I saw them for my neck injury and they not only used techniques which reduced my pain, they also taught me exercises and lifestyle changes to help me prevent re-injury. Then, as life often dishes, I injured my knee. Truth be told, I secretly looked forward to my sessions for my knee because while receiving treatment, I feel so special and cared-for! Well, I was quickly on my way to wholeness with reduced pain and a new kind of mobility. This practice has THE BEST therapists in the DMV!

Everyone at Ortho PT of NOVA are GREAT!! The best physical therapy experience I've ever experienced! They don't just give you exercises and expect you to get better, they use great techniques to actually help you heal and feel better. My daughter who is a competitive soccer goalie had hip surgery in 10th grade and the likelihood of her returning to soccer to play competitively was slim. If it wasn't for the rigorous physical therapy regimen and techniques they used, I doubt she would have made it back to play what she was passionate about. She not only made it back, but won two Division I Big South Soccer Championships during her college career. ORTHO PT NOVA IS OUR GO TO PT OFFICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The physical therapy techniques Mary Beth uses are markedly different from any other PT I've had. As a patient with a connective tissue disorder, I've struggled with PT in the past, as many stretches and exercises can lead to pain or subluxations. Mary Beth's fascial counterstrain focuses specifically on connective tissue and doesn't require the dynamic types of PT exercises that can lead to injury for me. I've gone into sessions with a spot in my neck or back that feels like it's needed to crack for weeks and will leave tension-free and relaxed. I would definitely recommend Ortho PT of NOVA, especially for anyone who hasn't had success with traditional PT!

Every employee of the facility (from the Owner, right down to the Front Office Staff) has been especially supportive and helpful. When patients begin therapy at OPT of NoVA, they become part of the "facility family." Each physical therapist is extremely professional and they really know their specialty. All of the therapy treatments done at OPT of NoVA are "hands on" -- which in many cases has succeeded when other techniques have failed.

The staff greets each person as if they are the only person coming in that day. They are always warm and concerned with your individual problem. The physical therapist listens to your concerns and with the lightest touch starts relieving your pain. They have worked wonders with my pain and mobility. With pain-free therapy, the softest touch has brought me so much relief. I couldn't stand up from a chair without pushing on my knees but I can now. Thank you!

The care I received was beyond excellent. The therapists immediately put the patients at ease. I liked the fact that you are always on time and willing to try every procedure if one doesn't work.

This is not your average physical therapy... it is so much more. The therapy uses extremely advanced techniques to release individual areas of tension that are the underlying causes of pain or disability. My daughter spent seven weeks on crutches due to numbness in her leg, & the amazing, caring therapists at Orthopedic Physical Therapy of NOVA worked so gently, yet thoroughly with her to ease the stresses in her body and help her regain feeling and function, & full range of motion. Even more so, after she was walking normally, they helped her with the resulting back and neck pain that came from extended crutch use. They are patient, gentle, and caring. We saw several different therapists during her extended therapy, and they all showed an interest in my daughter's progress, cheering her on, even if we hadn't seen them in weeks. They supported her in mind, body, & spirit throughout her recovery. I wholeheartedly recommend this physical therapy group as knowledgeable, gentle, and caring practitioners.

Hands down - the best therapists in the whole United States are on staff at this facility. They take care of their patients like family.

Jocelyn Day is a wonderful therapist. Bob and I both have the pleasure of being her patient. She (took the time to) explain everything she was doing and why and we were delighted to see she was absolutely right. My back and leg pain is almost gone and my mobility has improved tremendously. Her bodywork and exercises did wonders and I can now return to doing the things I love. Bob is delighted that after five years he can bend the knuckle on his index finger without pain (since he works with computers this is particularly important). I have taken your company's business card to my orthopedic surgeon and told him what a wonderful therapist Jocelyn is and recommend he send his patients to her.
